Team
Chemist (2019) and Master in Chemistry (2021) from UFRN. He has experience with 1st and 2nd order methods, with several publications in the Nature group. He is a MATLAB specialist with LinkedIn certification (top 5% on a global scale). As a mentor, he has been awarded at national and international scientific fairs. Currently, he works at OpenScience in building and implementing calibration and classification models using MATLAB's graphical user interface.

Daniel Lucas
Founder of openscience, Senior Scientist, Visiting Professor at Unicamp. Guilherme has over two decades of experience in analytical chemistry and chemometrics. He has worked in academia and major companies. In 2017, he won the "Sir Charles Ellis Award" for being the best scientist in Global R&D at British American Tobacco. He has served as a C-level executive in companies focusing on chemical data science.

Guilherme Post Sabin
Pharmacist/Biochemist with over 15 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry. Solid knowledge in research, development, and validation of analytical methodologies with an emphasis on chromatography and mass spectrometry. He has worked as a laboratory specialist at the Center for Organic Research and Analysis at the Federal University of Santa Maria. In 2015, he began integrating the Chemometrics and Chemiosensory Discovery laboratories at BAT.

Thiago Schwanz
Graduated in Technological Chemistry from UNICAMP, she has a background in metabolomics and vibrational spectroscopy projects, along with experience in technical support at multinational companies. Currently, she works at OpenScience, conducting experiments and performing data analysis.

Flávia Santos
Technician in Mechatronics and student of Control and Automation Engineering at Unicamp, he has experience in project management and the development of integrated solutions. He currently works at openscience, developing solutions and equipment using knowledge in programming, automation, and electronics.

Tiago Henrique
While studying Chemistry at UFRN, she had more than 3 years of scientific initiation in Materials Chemistry and Chemometrics. She won several awards, notably the Digital Campus Challenge given by Bayer in an international competition with over 500 countries. She works as a programming teacher, teaching more than 5 programming languages. She currently works at openscience as a software developer.

Raíssa Vanessa
Chemist with over 8 years of experience in physical-chemical characterization of materials and development of analytical methodologies. She has previously worked as a researcher in industry. She has a special interest in technological innovation, sustainability, and data integration in R&D. Currently, she works as a researcher and chemist at openscience.

Letícia Saldanha
Technician in Electronics, graduated from IFRN in 2022. She has 4 years of scientific initiation experience in Chemistry and Electronics, where she won more than 20 awards and recognitions in Scientific Fairs and Olympiads. She is currently studying Computer Engineering at UFRN and works at openscience, assisting in Management, Electronics, and data processing.

Hanna Vitória
During his education at the Military School of Belo Horizonte, he became involved with educational robotics and scientific research, participating in scientific fairs and receiving various awards. He is currently a Computer Engineering student at Unicamp. In addition to being part of openscience, he dedicates himself to research and university extension projects.

João Senírio
A Science and Technology student with a concentration in Computer Engineering at UFRN, he deepened his knowledge in bootcamps and took several courses on a variety of platforms to gain a deeper understanding of the field. He currently works at OpenScience in spectral image analysis and sample classification.

Gabriel Uchôa
Computer Engineering student at UFRN, with diverse experience with React, Ollama, RAG, LLm, and Web Scraping. He has participated in a scientific initiation project on creating intelligent chatbots using the RAG technique with Ollama models. He currently works as a data science intern at openscience.

André Luiz
A chemical engineer currently studying at the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR), she has worked on research projects focusing on the use of time-domain nuclear magnetic resonance (TD-NMR) for the analysis of feed, vegetable oils, and fish proteins. She currently works as a chemometrics intern at openciene, participating in research on electronic noses.
